It's good that it turned back on and appears to be working again! Hopefully it'll stay that way (working that is, not annoying you) until you can get a new one. Funnily enough - I can pick a new phone this year as well (some time between September and November - I really need to check when my contract expires!)
Five minutes just isn't enough! They can't expect for people to work that long without a break. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that the schedule changes to the old one! :)
