Still going to be away from the computer for a while... when the heat sync on my cpu fried it took out my motherboard too but tuition is due for Ian's classes next month and the Siamese's vet bills took more out of the budget so I'll have to wait a bit longer to get it fixed.

All of my data is safe at least and when it's fixed it'll have a much better cooling system as my new cpu has a copper fan thing that distributes heat much better and pulls it upwards which is where my exhaust fan is.

I miss photoshop terribly. And blogging.

I do have two games and a nintendo 3ds to keep me company.

I'm playing Animal Crossing New Leaf and Harvest Moon A New Beginning.

I'd played the Animal Crossing Game cube game but was brand new to the Harvest Moon series...

I'm really enjoying both but Harvest Moon is currently my favorite because I don't like my town layout for animal crossing. If anyone plays either of them and wants to play together, let me know and I'll give you my friends code. (Translation: I'll go and look it up because I'm lazy)

I'm doing much better in dealing with the loss of my siamese. I still find myself looking for her sometimes when I'm near one of her spots and I'm tired... but I've been getting better at accepting that it was just her time to go.

I'll be answering comments tomorrow but I have to give this computer back to Ian... and the pancakes are ready.

Ian makes the best pancakes! ^_^ My favorite breakfast food.

I'm glad to hear that you're ok and holding up!

Also ouch about the motherboard. I remember when I suspected that mine was broken (the computer was still working, but horrendously slow... my grandmother has it now) and it ended up being cheaper for me to just buy a new laptop.

Whenever everything's fixed just let me know and I'll extend all of your dailyicons claims (unless you want to replace some)
