Curry for dinner and a glass of wine.

It's a good white wine... bottled in Saint Augustine, FL and it was bogo at Ian's work.

I'm trying to find wines I like since a glass a day is said to reduce blood clot risks.

Japanese style curry is my favorite but I think next time I make curry it'll be a Thai style red curry.

Ian's printing out papers and formatting a letter to the IRS... they sent us a letter that we got today that says that we owe them money for our claimed student expenses in 2011 but Ian is printing out our tax form from the school and other papers that show that we were in school and did put in what we were supposed to. ARGH... otherwise we owe a lot of money with interest... Fun times.

*drinks more wine* Was I upset about something? My glass is empty should I have another?

Yeah it's wonderful. Thanks... we've got all the documents, Ian's dropping it off at the post office... so hopefully that'll make it a done deal.

^_^ The only type of curry I haven't tried is Indian style curries but I will one day go to one of the six Indian restaurants in this town and try some...

I think I mostly eat the Indian style curries. Although with the ready made curries in glasses that I buy I think I've gotten more of a variety by now! All I have to do for those is to cook rice to go with it and add meat if I want some. The size of those glasses also tends to be great for just me.
