I have a headache so I ended up reading true crime Wikipedia entries. I normally read the solved ones but I ended up reading the unsolved ones and now I can't seem to sleep...

And not just because of the ice pack on my neck.

Wikipedia and Youtube can be a downward spiral with these things. And the you have to find something to counter the paranoia.

Sometimes the solved ones also have that effect. It's probably knowing that I do some things that while not neccesarily unsafe, might leave an opening. Especially when it comes to windows.

Also, if you need a distraction and want to try knitting again you could try Studio Knit on Youtube. She just did an absolute beginner series.
