It's icons. Typically you claim a subject, and then themes are posted and you have 20 days to make 20 icons and then there's voting over who's icon best fit the themes...

Typically the community has a focus either fandom specific or things like movies, episodes, seasons... but mine will rotate themes each month, fantasy one month, sci-fi the next, tv characters the next etc...
