I've never thought of that connection. The last time I read any marvel fics (aka before HP/Fantastic Beasts took over) I've been stuck on several stories I've found where Darcy is either Tony's daughter or his little sister.
Some nights it helps me to fall asleep and others it just drives me to distraction until I turn it off again.
Naps are dangerous like that. I think in my family the only one who "regularly" takes naps is my father. After a huge family lunch. And sometimes my parents take naps after a long party night. I rarely do that. If I take "naps" it's because I'm not well and the nap is more or less going to bed early and sleeping through the night with waking up in between. I know better than to take naps because that just means I have an even harder time trying to go to sleep.
It's a rather fun headcanon verse where I have a whole involved backstory on why people never knew until they found out.
When it gets to distracting I just switch to pretending that I'm surrounded by a pile of cuddling kittens or imagining whoever my current otp is cuddling up for warmth... and that does the trick.
I tend not to nap because I can't just wake up after an hour or two feeling refreshed I tend to wake up feeling groggy and angry to be awake. Yeah, when I'm sick I tend to sleep as much as possible, using the sleep it off method.
